My founders story is incredibly rare. I didn’t wake up one day and decide…“I want to empower women.” My story started from my struggle.

Hey queen, I’m Alysha - FMG Bikini athlete, creator, designer, and the woman behind The Bikini Biz and Outie Athletic.

Let’s start with my origin story…
the BIKINI👙 business.

Before anything else, I was a competitor. I know the grind, the posing, the discipline, the cravings, the pressure, the stage-day adrenaline, all of it. And from day one, I made myself a promise that If I’m stepping on stage, I’m doing it my way.

As a qualified nutritionist and coach I coached myself and I never actually purchased a bikini elsewhere.
The first bikini I ever wore on stage? I made it.The second one? Made that too.
The third… the fourth… the fifth?
All mine. Built off creativity and passion but most importantly built from my experience being an athlete.

And when people started noticing…
When athletes backstage asked, “Where did you get your bikini?”
When friends in the industry asked if I could make theirs too…

That’s when I started doing everyone else’s.

And that’s how The Bikini Biz was born not from a business plan, but from athletes seeing something in my work and wanting that same level of intention for themselves.

As a gym girl and bodybuilder having spent years in the gym constantly uncomfortable and self conscious with what feminine lines were visible down there...sick of underwear that was either uncomfortable and unpractical for real movement. I literally got Labiaplasty surgery because underwear didn’t work for my vulva then I realised other women must be suffering too.

Within a few months of starting the Bikini Biz I already started working hard behind the scenes to bring Outie to life. My 4-in-1 function G-String made for movement.

The Bikini Biz became my creative empire designing couture bikinis for FMG and all other Federations like IFBB and ICN athletes who want a bikini that actually tells their story and elevates their presence on stage.
No rules.
No restrictions.
No generic templates.
